Ingredients:  
1 to 2 pounds pork tenderloin or chicken (cut into medallions)
3 Tbl cooking oil

Sauce:
3 T white vinegar
3 T soy
3 T fish sauce
3 T honey
1 T grated fresh ginger
4-5 scallions, white and greens chopped
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan add oil and heat until hot. Add meat and brown on all sides cooking until well done.

Sauce:
Mix vinegar, soy, fish sauce, honey, ginger and chopped scallions in bowl. Stir until combined.

Place lettuce leaf on plate and top with 2-3 meat medallions. Spoon sauce over meat and serve.
