6 lb. chicken
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. salt
1 T. italian seasoning

1 lb. bacon
1 1/2 c. BBQ sauce
3 c. mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb. fresh tomatoes
1 c. onions

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in oil. Arrange in baking pan. Combine spices and sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350' for 25 minutes, until tender. Cook bacon and cut tomatoes and onions. Coat chicken with BBQ sauce (1 T. per piece). Sprinkle with bacon, then cheese. Bake for 8 minutes, until the cheese melts. Garnish with tomatoes & onions.
