1/2 t. salt per lb. of turkey
2 t. black pepper
2 T. sage
2 t. curry powder
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. dried parsely
2 t. celery seed
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. dried mustard
1/4 t. allspice
3 or 4 bay leaves, crumbled

BRINE:
1 c. salt
1c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brine and soak turkey in container filled with water for several days. Then remove from Brine and poke holes over turkey. Rub seasonings into holes, inside and outside of the Bird. Lastly stuff the inside with several pieces of citrus for moisture. Bake at 225' for 6-8 hours.
