1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. horseradish prepared
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Tartar Sauce:
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh basil finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. horseradish prepared
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1.2 tsp. black pepper
