1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
1/2 large onion, chopped fine
3 cans beef broth or bouillon
2-3 chopped carrots
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
1/3 of a 10 oz. package of dried ABC or Star Noodles
1 lg. can (28 oz.) or 2-14-1/2 oz. cans chopped
tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in soup pot. Add bouillon,
carrots, celery and noodles and cook at least 10
minutes, or until tender. Add tomatoes, juice and all,
and continue cooking 5 more minutes or until heated
through.
(The original recipe called for a pressure cooker. If you
have one, combine all ingredients except tomatoes in
cooker and cook 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and heat
through.)
