4 tsp. olive oil
12 oz. shrimp (easier to use pre-cooked & de-tailed)
3 medium-sized cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 c. diced tomatoes (use from canned diced tomatoes
with seasoning)
3 oz. angel hair pasta (dry weight: will be approx. 16 oz
cooked weight)
4 tsp. chopped parsley
2 c. asparagus, cut or broken into 2" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over med. heat. Sauté
shrimp, asparagus and garlic until shrimp are opaque (if
not pre-cooked) and asparagus is tender. Add
tomatoes. Heat through and season to taste. Toss
angel hair with parsley before serving and cover with
shrimp, tomato and asparagus mixture.

I use frozen pre-cooked and de-tailed shrimp from
COSTCO and just thaw them prior to preparing this.
I freeze the remaining diced tomatoes for WW Zero
