1 pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained (save the juice)
1 c. whole fresh cranberries
1/4 c. chopped nuts for salad
1/8 c. chopped nuts for top
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with water. Pour into 8"-9" square pan and chill
in regrigerator until slightly jelled. Add mandarin
oranges, pineapple, cranberries and 1/4 c. chopped
nuts. Let set completely. Make a paste of cream
cheese and a little of the reserved pineapple juice.
Spread over the top of jello. Sprinkle 1/8 c. chopped
nuts over top. Return salad to refrigerator.
Cut into squares and serve on top of a lettuce leaf, if
desired.
