1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
For filling:
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 eggs

For Topping:
1 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in other
ingredients. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325º until set
(about 35 minutes)

While pie is baking, combine ingredients for topping.
After pie has baked until set, spoon topping mixture
over the top of the pie and return pie to the oven. Bake
15 min. longer.

Chill iin refrigerator several hours. Serve with
raspberries or strawberries, if desired.
