I bag of GOOD chocolate chips (I like Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips)
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. Instant espresso powder (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Options for Fondue Dipping:

Fresh- Strawberries, Blackberries, Bananas, Pineapple, Apples, Mango

Others things to dip: Marshmallows, pound cake (Sara Lee Frozen Pound Cake), creme puffs, pretzels.

Heat heavy cream until hot (do not boil or get too hot).

Pour over chocolate chips. Add in instant espresso powder and vanilla.

Stir until chocolate is melted. Serve with fruit and cake.
