24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 medium can crushed pineapple, well drained
5 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1-1.5 cups chopped pecans, finely chopped
Dash salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Add 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Form into 2 balls. Roll in remaining pecans.

Chill 24 hours, serve with crackers.
