6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks on to a plate. Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Mash with fork until smooth and mixed well. If too dry, add a bit of milk. Fill egg white haves. A pastry bag will make them fancier.

Sprinkle with paprika.

This is the classic recipe, add 1/4 tsp. Curry, bacon bits, etc. for variety.
