2 Large Chicken breasts (cut in half)
4oz. Cream cheese
⅓-½ cup Grated Kraft Parmesan cheese
Big container of Fresh Basil
1-2TBbs. Olive oil - to desired consistency
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese (to taste - I just put it on I don't measure)
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 400ºf. In food processor, take room temperature cream cheese and process with olive oil, basil, and grated parmesan until smooth and basil is mixed in.

Line with foil a baking sheet and spray with pam. Lay chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Top with all of the pesto mixture. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until reaches internal temp of 165º
