1 15-oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 large cloves garlic
½ cup chopped, loosely packed fresh parsley
½ cup chopped, loosely packed fresh basil
¼ cup chopped fresh chives
1 tsp kosher salt
1 to 3 Tbsp water
pita wedges

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender combine beans, lemon juice, garlic, and kosher salt; blend until smooth. With the blender running, drizzle in water 1 Tbsp at at time until mixture is silky smooth (1 to 3 Tbsp total). Add herbs; blend until smooth. Season to taste. Serve with pita wedgies and assorted crudities.
