1 c. crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until light and fluffy then add flour, soda, and salt mix well stir in vanilla and oats.
Shape into 1 large log or 2 small logs freeze.
Cut in slices and bake on ungreased cookie sheet
400º 8 to 10 minutes
