1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes

1/2 cup chopped white onion

1/2 cup green onion

8 oz. shredded monterrey jack or colby jack cheese

1 1/2 cups diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
In a sprayed or greased casserole dish, layer half the potatoes, half the onions, half the ham and half the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. You can put this in the fridge overnight to cook in the morning.

Bake at 350º uncovered for 30 minutes.

Variation: The original recipe called for the casserole to be topped with a mixture of 2 cans evaporated milk mixed with 8 eggs. This would be cooked for a total of 45-60 minutes.
