5 cups bread cubes
4 eggs
11/2 c milk
1/4 c sugar, divided
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly butter and 8x8-in baking pan. Line bottom of pan with bread cubes. And large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter, let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining two tablespoons of sugar with one teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 to 50 minutes until top is golden.
