Ingredients:  
2 Pounds Carrots sliced and boiled (may use canned or frozen - fresh are best)
1 Green Pepper, sliced in rings
1 Onion, sliced in rings
Salt and Pepper to taste

Marinade:
1 Can Tomato Soup
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Sugar (may use less)
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Prepare Carrots; cool. In a bowl layer carrots, peppers and onions. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Keep well, serve cold
