2 - 3 overripe bananas
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º (then 350º). Line a 12 cup muffin tin with liners.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together bananas, butter and sugar about 2 minutes.

Beat in eggs until combined. Add baking powder, salt and vanilla and mix briefly.

Add half of flour until combined, then add milk stirring until combined. Add remaining flour and combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

Divide the batter between the 12 muffin cups, filling almost to the top.

Bake at 450º for 5 minutes, then reduce oven to 350º and bake 14 - 16 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
