2 cans (16oz each) refried beans
2 cans (4oz each) chopped green chiles
3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped and drained
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese (8oz)

Garnish:
1 cup guacamole
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º F. On a large shallow ovenproof serving dish, layer the beans, green chiles, tomatoes, onion, and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly. Top with dollops of guacamole and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
