4 boneless chicken tenders
2 pk saltine crackers
salt & pepper
milk
eggs
Italian Seasoning
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix milk and 3 eggs in a bowl for dredge. Crush cracked in a ziplock bag and add seasoning. you can put the crushed cracker and seasoning in a separate bowl. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dip each piece of chicken in milk/egg mixture then coat completely in cracker bowl. Then place in the pan to bake. Repeat until pan is full or all chicken is has been covered. Take extra cracker mixture and cover for an extra crunch. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
