2 pounds sirloin steak
2 pounds pork steak

Olive oil

Flour
Salt
Pepper

6 inch skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1 to 1¼ inch thick squares of sirloin steak and of pork steak.

Alternate on skewers right to the ends. ( Leave ¼ inch on each end of skewer as meats will shrink.)

Roll skewers in seasoned flour.
Brown in oil.

Transfer to roaster.

Bake at 350º for about one hour.
