1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
6 cups chicken broth
3 carrots-peeled and chopped
3 celery stalks-chopped
1/2 onion-finely chopped
1 large potato-chopped
2 bay leaves
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp black pepper
Sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or microwave chicken - chop.
In a large pot, combine the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add chicken. Simmer until soup is hot and serve.
Makes about 10 cups.

Approximately 110 calories per cup.
