Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Ginger - however many grams you want
Garlic - an equal amount of grams
Salt
Oil - I like olive

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and roughly chop your ginger. Peel your garlic. Measure the weight. You need to add 2% salt, so calculate (GINGER + GARLIC) x 0.02 to get the grams of salt to add.

Add all to the food processor bowl. Blend to applesauce consistency, adding a TB or three of oil. Store in the fridge
