2 Pounds Sausage uncooked (Jimmy Dean)
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
4 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/2 Cup Onion finely chopped
1/2 Cup Celery finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shred Cheese and mix all ingredients. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet or until golden brown.

For a firmer texture, add an extra 3 Cups Bisquick and an extra 2 Cups Shredded Cheese to the ingredients listed above.

Cheese Balls can be frozen uncooked
