Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Arrange a layer of Potatoes in a well-greased deep lasagna pan. Sprinkle some of the chopped Onion over the Potatoes. Sprinkle some of the Flour over the Onions, add a few pats of Butter and sprinkle Salt and Pepper over the whole layer.
Repeat at least 2 or three more layers depending on how many Potatoes you have. After last layer, pour Milk (heated to near boiling) over the Potatoes. Cover and bake for 50 Minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and fork inserted sinks into Potatoes with ease.

If desired, you can also add cubed Ham to each layer to make it a main course
