2 medium sweet red peppers julienne sliced
2 medium yellow summer squash halved lengthwise and cut into a quarter inch slices
6 to 8 ounces of fresh asparagus trimmed and cut into one and a half inch pieces
1/4 cup of white wine or vegetable broth or chicken broth
1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

In a large skillet sauté peppers, squash, asparagus in wine or broth and olive oil until Crisp tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
