1 lb. Bacon
2 cups brown sugar + additional ~ 1 cup
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
Honey to drizzle

Spray Broiler pan with nonstick spray oil. Pre heat oven to 350ºF
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups of brown sugar and red pepper flakes into a large Ziplock bag.
Drop a couple slices of bacon in at a time shake to cover. Lay out onto broiler pan.
Drizzle with honey can't go wrong with the amount of honey.
Place in oven for 25 minutes after each 5 minutes sprinkle more brown sugar over it.
You could flip the bacon and add more brown sugar halfway, but I only do the one side.
