4 (3oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
¾ C. sugar

Topping:
1 C. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3½ TBSP sugar
Blend Together.

Crust:
13-14 graham cracker crumbled, ¼ C. butter melted. Combine crackers and butter thoroughly and pat into 9" pie pan.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and beat until light and frothy. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake in moderate oven at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes. Then pour topping over pie and return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Place in refrigerator at least 5 hours before serving.
