Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
⅓ C. caramel ice cream topping
2 C. heavy whipping cream
¼ C. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
⅓ C. sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions for a 13 x 9 inch baking pan; cool completely in pan on wire rack. Poke multiple holes using a fork in cake all over so that the caramel will drip down the holes through the cake for more flavor.

Place sweetened condensed milk in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH power, stirring every 2 minutes for 4 minutes. Reduce to MEDIUM power, microwave, stirring with wire whisk every two minutes. (It will be done when it runs a pretty dark caramel color). Add caramel ice cream topping, and spread evenly over cake. Cool completely.

Beat cream in large mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla extract; beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon over cake; sprinkle with almonds. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving cold.
