1 quart fresh milk
½ pint yogurt (plain)
Cream

Warm milk to almost boiling (not quite). Remove from stove and let cool to lukewarm. When cool, pour yogurt into milk and let stand in a warm place until it begins to turn to curd (it will probably take 12 hours). Turn curd into a clean cloth and hang on water faucet to drain. Leave draining until no moisture is dripping. Add ½ pint whipping cream (not whipped) and salt to taste. Good on anything, vegetables, eggs, or just plain.
