2½ C. water
1 tsp. salt
1¼ C. cornmeal

Directions:

To serve with Basa, Cottage Cheese, or whatever.

Heat 2½ C. water and 1 tsp. salt to boiling. Mix 1¼ C. cornmeal with 1 C. cold water. Add mixture slowly to boiling water, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Enjoy!!!
