Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 C. milk or water
3 yeast cakes
¾ C. sugar
5 tsp. salt
⅓ C. butter or oleo
9½ C. flour
2 eggs

Nut Filling:
3 eggs
4 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. light brown sugar (Sometimes I use honey instead)
⅓ C. butter or oleo
1½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast cakes in warm milk. Add sugar, butter and salt. Let cool, then add eggs, mixing well after each egg. Add enough flour to make a smooth dough and easy to handle. Knead for about 10-15 minutes. Place in a warm place and cover with a clean cloth and allow to rise until it doubles in size. Knead down and divide into 3-4 loaves. Roll each piece to about ½" thickness then spread with nut filling. Roll up to make nice even loaves. Be sure to pinch the ends to keep the filling from leaking out. Place in well-greased bread pans and bake for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
