Baba's Apple Strudel Recipe

9 large apples, peeled
5 big scoops flour
3 TBSP oil (not olive oil)
1 egg
1 glass warm water
Raisins
Cinnamon
Sugar
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, flour, water, and egg until a soft ball. Sprinkle with flour and knead well. Put on stove (covered with a clean dish towel). Leave sitting on stove until very, very warm (the warmer the easier to stretch the dough). Stretch dough until paper thin (do not tear).

1st - spread shredded apples
2nd - sprinkle sugar as you desire
3rd - sprinkle raisins
4th - sprinkle cinnamon
5th - pour 1 cube melted butter or margarine over the stretched dough

Roll up with tablecloth in one big roll: Flip into a lightly greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 350º or until brown (brush top of strudel with melted butter or margarine before and after baking).
