½ C. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat together milk, granulated sugar, butter and salt to dry mixture. Add the 2 eggs. Beat at low speed for ½ minutes, scraping the bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. By hand, stir in enough of the remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough. Knead on floured surface 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl: turn once. Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour). Divide dough in half. Roll each half out on floured surface to 24x14 inch rectangle. Spread each half with half the walnut filling. Beginning at long side, roll up. Pinch to seal seam and ends. Coil loosely on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise until double (about 45 min.) Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cover with foil. Bake 15-20 minutes more. Cool.

To prepare walnut filling mixture:
Mix ¼ C. butter with 1 C. granulated sugar, ¼ C. milk, honey and cinnamon. Bring to rolling boil. Stir in ground walnuts. Cool slightly. Stir in beaten eggs and lemon juice.
