2-3 pork shanks (fresh)
2 small pigs feet, cut in half
3 whole carrots
1 TBSP paprika
salt to taste
3 finely minced cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Wash meat thoroughly. Place in a large kettle of cold water and bring to a boil. Add 3 whole carrots, 1 TBSP paprika, and salt to taste. Cook until the meat falls away from the bones. If too much of the liquid boils away, add a little more cold water. Add 3 finely minced cloves of garlic and simmer about five minutes to flavor. Remove vegetables. Put some meat into each dish and with a ladle put in some of the broth. Set in refrigerator overnight or in winter, in a cold place.
