1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. almond extract (I put 2 because I love it almonds)
2 cups flour
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam (If it has seeds no worries)
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

In medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Mix in almond extract. Add flour until dough comes together, Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Make a small hole in center of each ball, using your finger and fill the hole with preserves.

Bake 14-18 mins., or until brown.

Let cool

In mediums bowl mix together the powdered sugar, almond extract and milk til smooth.

Drizzle lightly over warm cookies.
