Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
chopped onions
3-4 green bell peppers
1 (8 oz. can tomato sauce)
pepper
salt
Italian seasonings

Directions:
Chop tops off green peppers and clean. You can chop up the tops and sauté them with the onions later. Boil in large pan of water until they change colors but still holding their shape. Drain and set aside.

Brown ground beef, onions, and green pepper together in skillet. Drain well. I always put my ground beef in a colander after cooking and pour water over to remove as much fat as possible. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.

Spray a medium size casserole dish and place peppers in them. Stuff with the meat mixture. I leave them whole but you can cut them in half for smaller portions.

Sometimes I will sprinkle the tops with with dry parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
