Ingredients:  
2 – 3 large onions (Vidalia, sweet or 2 very large sweet Spanish onions)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Butter
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
10 or more slices French bread (soft loaf)

Mix together:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 – 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
The day before: Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Arrange in layer of onions and mushrooms in a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Top with Swiss cheese, then add a layer of bread. Pour soup mixture (above) over all and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
