8 lg. potatoes
1 c. ranch salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. crumbled, cooked bacon (or bacon bits)
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut potatoes into quarters or slices. Microwave with water in bottom of pan for 8 to 13 minutes, or until tender. Drain water. Combine salad dressing, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese and bacon bits in large bowl. Add potatoes and salt; stir well. Put mixture into medium baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
