5 lb. potatoes, peeled
6 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 T. butter
1 tsp. onion flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes. Cook in boiling water until tender. Mash. Add rest of ingredients. Beat with mixer. Cover and place in refrigerator. Heat at 350° for 30 minutes, or until warm.
Note: Can be refrigerated up to 1 week without spoiling, or can be frozen until ready to use them.
