6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
Chopped parsley (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut into quarters or chunks. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper into a bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag. Melt butter in a 9x13-inch pan. Place potatoes in pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, turning once during baking, when golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
