2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream with chives
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter, mixed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter mixed together. Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
This is my sister Bonnie Stoner's recipe, which was served at Carrie and Jason's wedding and received well.

Carrie has since found if you buy the frozen hash browns with onions and peppers mixed in, it tastes good and you don't have to chop veggies!
