1 can creamed corn
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (10 sq.)
1/2 T. butter
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg; add milk, corn, crackers, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish. Dot with
butter. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes, or until set.
