1 lg. bag broccoli, cut up
Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until done. Put into 9x13-inch pan. Cover completely with slices of Velveeta cheese. Mix together melted butter and crushed crackers. Crumble this mixture over cheese layer. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
