1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
3 T flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmet

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until tender. Drain well. Combine carrots and butter in food processor blender. Blend until smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Spoon into buttered 1-quart soufflé dish. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes or until center is done (knife comes out clean).
