6 slices bacon
6 eggs
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
6 T. cream
Garden lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon which has been cut in small chunks. Drain off all fat, except for 1 to 2 tablespoons. Scramble eggs in the fry pan with the bacon. Then add vinegar, sugar and cream when eggs are cooked. Toss with washed garden lettuce and serve immediately.
