10 oz. fresh spinach
1 can alfalfa sprouts or bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
8 strips bacon, fried & crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs

Wash and drain spinach. Toss lightly with remainder of salad ingredients.
 

Dressing

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, grated

Combine all dressing ingredients. Shake well, and pour over salad.
