1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 c. snow peas
2 c. torn spinach, packed
7 oz. corkscrew pasta, cooked & cooled
1/2 lg. cucumber, sliced

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 T. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 T. fresh minced parsley
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
