Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk
2 rounded T. frozen orange juice
2/3 to 1 c. Cool Whip
Fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding mix, milk and concentrate slowly with a rotary beater or whisk until mixture gets thick, then fold in Cool Whip. Put this dressing on top of fresh fruit that has been layered in a clear glass bowl. Put bananas and peaches in the bottom so they will not turn brown. Suggested fruits are strawberries, canned pineapple chunks, watermelon, blueberries, cantaloupe and honeydew. Over top of dressing, that should be thick enough to stay mostly on top of the fruit, pour salted dry-roasted peanuts.
Variation: Cindy sometimes doubles the dressing portion of this recipe and puts it in a punch bowl. Will serve about 30 people. Excellent for bridal showers, or special occasions.
Note: This can be made up to 3 hours before serving. Just cover it and refrigerate.
