3 (3 oz.) boxes raspberry gelatin
1 env. unflavored gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese (do not use lite cream cheese)
5 c. hot water
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 can blueberry pie filling
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Red Layer: Combine 2 boxes raspberry gelatin and 4 cups hot water. Mix until gelatin is dissolved; pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate until set.

White Layer: Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Heat cream and sugar until hot, but not boiling. Mix in gelatin, vanilla, cream cheese and nuts. Pour over red layer and refrigerate until set.

Blue Layer: Combine 1 box raspberry gelatin and 1 cup hot water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add blueberry pie filling and stir. Pour over white layer and refrigerate until set.
